The final European Law Firm General Meeting of 2025 took place in Zagreb on Friday, 26 September, bringing together 30 participants from over 14 countries for a day of exchange, reflection, and collaboration. Hosted at the Amadria Park Hotel Capital, the meeting combined insightful presentations, strategic discussions, and valuable networking moments.

The agenda covered progress updates from the Life Sciences & Healthcare Committee, presented by Giovanni Di Stefano, and the HR Committee, presented by Aleksandra Tasevska. Members also discussed the Central Office’s activity report, approved the annual accounts, and explored the creation of new committees, including an AI-focused one.

An inspiring highlight of the day was the keynote by Zana Goic Petricevic, “The Game of Change: How to Be a Bold Player.” She encouraged members to see change as a driver of growth, to lead with courage, and to embrace discomfort as a path toward resilience and leadership development. Her message sparked meaningful conversations that continued throughout the meeting.

Participants also enjoyed networking during meals and had the opportunity to see Zagreb’s beautiful city center, adding a local touch to the gathering.
