During the recent European Law Firm General Meeting in Zagreb, members had the pleasure of attending an inspiring keynote by Zana Goic Petricevic, titled “The Game of Change: How to Be a Bold Player.”

In her engaging talk, Zana explored what it means to lead with courage and authenticity in times of uncertainty. She reminded us that change is not an obstacle to be managed but a constant force that drives growth. True leadership, she emphasized, lies in the willingness to step into discomfort, embrace uncertainty, and act with purpose even when the outcome is not guaranteed.
