Here at European Law Firm we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the services you have requested from us. 

We collect personal data that we need for the provision of our services. We collect and process your personal data to inform you of our services and to improve service standards. 

Data is collected via the Website contact page, mailing list sign up and using Google Analytics.

When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

ELF considers your privacy to be of paramount importance. Therefore we process your personal data in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organisational measures (‘integrity and confidentiality’). Data is held on a dedicated managed server in a secure data centre located in Malta. Secure Server software (SSL) is used on our website to encrypt any personal information you input before it is collected. 


By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your region or country of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state, county, province, region or country of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
